Frequent Rider Program

Welcome to the Tran-Star Executive Frequent Rider Program. It is a program designed to reward you for your patronage. We allow you to accumulate frequent rider points with every trip you take.

Here is how the program works:

Earning Points:
One (1) point is awarded for each dollar spent on Tran-Star Executive!
Rewards:
Every 50 points can be redeemed for $1 of future transportation service.Example: 2500 points = $50 of future transportation service.

Redemption:

Phone Reservations: Just let your agent know you would like to pay with your Frequent Rider Points. Online Reservations: You will have the option of using Frequent Rider Points as your payment option. Enrollment is simple and FREE. If you are new to Tran-Star, please fill out the profile request form and e-mail it to us at customerservice@tranexec.com
